HEMP FOODS AUSTRALIA - PURPLE HEMP SMOOTHIE

It's quite obvious that hemp is the new health trend taking the world by storm. I've recently teamed up with Hemp Foods Australia to test out some of their products. I honestly could not recommend these products enough!

I've made amazing protein pancakes (which I need to recreate as I didn't write down the recipe). I am yet to trial their hemp flour (which I'm sure is amazing). I have used their hemp oil on my skin as a moisturiser - which I take my hat off to because it works wonders nourishing the skin!

But I thought I would start simple with a smoothie I drink religiously at least three - four times a week!

Here's the recipe:

1 cup organic frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen mango

1 cup nut milk

1 handful of baby spinach

1 heaped tablespoon of Hemp Foods Australia protein powder

1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter

1 medjool date

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender until well combined. Pour into your favourite bowl or glass jar, sit back and enjoy!
