VEGAN 'WHITE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER' PROTEIN BALLS
It's no secret that I love food. I think about what to eat for dinner whilst eating breakfast. As the days are long and the hunger pains are real, what better way than to fit in a sweet treat that's good for ya?!
As I exercise a lot, I'm always trying to fit some form of protein after a workout and into every meal. I'm a person that needs to eat on the reg, or I'll die.. or complain about how hungry I am to literally anyone I see. So these balls come in handy for everyone.
I'm all about those sweet treats sister, so here you have it.. vegan protein balls that are to die for!
What you'll need:
8 medjool dates
1/3 cup protein powder ( I use PRANA vanilla maple paleo powder)
2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
1/2 cup of macadamias
1/4 cup water
What you'll do:
Place medjool dates, protein powder & macadamias into a food processor. Pulse until chopped. Add water & peanut butter, and further pulse until combined. Scoop out the mixture, and start rolling protein balls (sizing is of your choice). Place balls in a container lined with baking paper and pop straight into the freezer. THAT'S IT! So so simple & delicious.
