Vegan Chia Eggs
The first time I played with this experiment, I was blown away. I tested it to see if I could make vegan muffins... and was like wtf these are the best friggin muffins I've ever had. From then on, chia eggs are my go to for baking.
What you'll need:
Roughly 1/4 cup of chia seeds
3/4 cup of water
What to do:
Mix water and chia together until it turns into a gluggy paste.
That's it! I'll usually use 2 tablespoons of this when baking.
