One thing we can't live without are condiments. We love them in and around every meal for extra flavour & prettiness. Most packaged condiments are full of nasty ingredients to increase their shelf life, so we prefer to make our own.
We love this compote on pancakes, granola, scones & as a face mask...haha, kidding.
The things you'll need:
1 cup of frozen blueberries
3/4 lemon (squeezed, then add whole lemon into saucepan)
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
2 cups of water
The things you'll do:
Add all ingredients in a saucepan on high heat.
Once the ingredients are on the boil, reduce to a simmer.
Cook for roughly 30 mins.
