Green Gut & Thyroid Smoothie
One of the biggest myths that we are wanting to blow to pieces here at PGP is that
healthy = expensive. It absolutely can be, but we believe that there is a middle ground that can work on a budget.
If you're anything like us, then taking care of your hormones is a must if you want to avoid painful periods, skin break outs, stupid weight gain...the list of unfairness goes on lol.
Sometimes getting enough goodness into your day via meals can seem impossible - which is why we love our blender - let it do the chewing for you, all you've gotta do is swallow!
What you'll need for this cup-o-health:
1/4 cup mixed berries
1 handful kale
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 fresh papaya
1/2 red apple
6 ice cubes
1 tsp green powder
1 capsule probiotic
1 tsp flaxseed oil
1 tsp chia seeds, lsa & psyllium husk
1 tsp coconut sugar
All you have to do is pretty simple:
Place all items in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Place toppings on top if you wish, or have it as is.
