Mango Prosecco Granita Recipe

We LOVE Christmas so much, we've already watched Love Actually, belted out All I Want For Christmas Is You from Mariah Carey 100 times and have been busy making Poor Girls Platters for Xmas Parties here in Byron. We've been go go go this ho ho ho season and are so excited for some rest, food and time with our families. 

We thought we'd share a quick and easy recipe to get you into the Xmas spirit incase you aren't already. This one is literally two ingredients because we're lazy and hate waiting for our food to be prepared. (WARNING** this recipe contains alcohol, we advise you to consume in moderation to avoid a hangover...although we probably won't be taking that advice let's be honest haha)

What you'll need:
2 cups Frozen Mango
2 cups of  Prosecco

What you'll do:
Place the frozen mango and the Prosecco in a food processor or blender. 
Pulse until combined.
Place the liquid into a container and pop into the freezer.
Every 1-2 hours grate the liquid with a fork.
After a few hours it will be frozen into shards.
Keep in the freezer as long as you like and enjoy.
