If you're anything like me, you're probably really broke and wanting to eat healthily. I have figured out how to achieve this on a tight budget, and I hope I can inspire you to do the same!
Let's break the myth that
healthy = expensive!

Now we don’t know about all of you, but it seems that we just can’t justify spending precious pennies on some yellow milk that’s good for you..that’s where we come in.
Of course, this recipe probably isn’t as beneficial as the ‘real deal’, but when you’re poor, anything is good.

All you'll need:
1 cup of almond milk (or preferred nut milk)
1 tsp coconut oil
1 teaspoon of stevia, coconut sugar, honey etc (whatever you like best)
Spices-(we use ground spices because we’re broke) a teaspoon of each; cinnamon, turmeric, ginger & nutmeg.

All there is to do:
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan on high heat.
Mix well, until the milk is a golden yellow, and the milk is bubbling.
That’s it!
