Pink & Easy Smoothie
Sometimes life is fast paced and finding the time to shove something in your gob on the way out the door seems hard, so you go for quick & easy packet food - understandable!
We love our blender for this reason, because blending and drinking your meals is so easy!
*This recipe is soooo nice when the weather is hotter!
All you will need:
1/4 of a watermelon
1 small knob of ginger
1/2 cup of coconut water (or just water if you can't afford it)
A squeeze of Lime
*Option to add ice cubes if it's really hot and you like it icy!
Time to Blend:
Cut the watermelon away from the skin & into chunks
Put watermelon, ginger & coconut water into the blender.
Blend until smooth
Pour into a jar & add some edible flowers (or whatever you've got in your garden) so that it looks fahhhncy and you feel rich.
